Coordinator, Quality Management for Plant Biotechnology
Location: Einbeck, Germany We are offering a position at the earliest opportunity for a Coordinator (m/f) Quality Management for Plant Biotechnology without limit of time, on a full-time basis to support the Environment & Quality department of KWS SAAT AG in Einbeck, Germany.
Your responsibilities:
- Acquisition, analysis and process-oriented documentation of the breeding value chain of plants
- Coordinate the establishment and implementation of the biotechnology standard “Excellence Through Stewardship” (ETS) throughout the KWS Group
- Create and implement management system documents
- Establish an ETS auditing system
- Scheduling and processing of certifications
- ETS employee trainings within the KWS Group
- Cultivation of contacts with international ETS cooperation partners
Your profile:
- Academic degree in engineering or natural sciences (university or technical college) or equivalent; preferably specializing in quality management/quality assurance
- Agricultural background, basic knowledge of plant breeding, marketing and sales would be an advantage
- Expertise and practical experience with quality management, quality assurance concerning DIN/ISO 9001 or equivalent standards would be desirable
- High degree of cooperation, ability to work in a team and communicate as well as diplomacy
- Very good command of German and English
- Good PC knowledge
- Readiness to travel
- Strong motivation to learn and perform and keen perception
- Structured and independent working as well as initiative and flexibility
- Analytical thinking and methodical approach
- High internal and external customer orientation
