In the framework of our development, we are looking for a: MOLECULAR BREEDING LEAD based near Toulouse, France
JOB DESCRIPTION
Under the supervision of Soltis research lead,
- You are in charge of conceiving the molecular breeding projects, in interaction with the sunflower breeders.
- You are in charge of coordinating the implementation of these molecular projects, in relationship with the Limagrain and Euralis genotyping platforms facilities, and with the breeding teams.
- You are in charge of the analysis and interpretation of all data generated by these projects.
- You are in charge of optimizing the use of genomic data delivered by our partners, Biogemma in particular
PROFILE
- PhD or equivalent
- Specialized in plant breeding and molecular marker technologies applied to plant breeding.
- A first significant experience in a similar position is required.
- Data analysis is one of your strong technical skills
- You have an excellent leadership and communication skills.
- You are fluent in French and English.
