Rijk Zwaan has a vacancy for a Sales & Product Development Manager for Morocco, because of the growth of our organization. The residence for this international position will be Agadir.
As a Sales & Product Development Manager you will be a member of the management team and you will be responsible for the sales in Morocco. Besides you are the most important link between breeders, our commercial crop organization and the sales teams. Your knowledge of crops and your vision on the market developments give you an important voice in decision-making and strategy development. The introduction of crops or varieties will be your responsibility together with the coordination of the trial station in Morocco. You will have to gather market information and product knowledge by visiting markets and evaluating trials in Morocco. You will coordinate the trial planning for big accounts, not only in Morocco, but also in cooperation with other countries. In addition you will cooperate with colleagues from the commercial crop organization to initiate technical trainings and technical support for our customers and business partners.
Energetic, enterprising, commercial manager
You have completed a Bachelor or Master’s Degree and you have an affinity with agriculture knowledge. You have at least 10 years relevant work experience in an international environment. For this function we are looking for an energetic, enterprising, commercial manager. You are resourceful and ambitious and you take the initiative. Good social skills, leadership, team worker, management skills and the ability to establish and develop contacts and relations in diverse cultures are indispensable for this function. You are fluent in English and French. For this function, frequent travelling is required.
