Qualification and Experience: The incumbent should possess a B.Sc/M.Sc (Agri) degree with an MBA in Foreign Trade and 15-20 years experience of International Business in Agri-Business/Seed Industry.

The candidate shall report to the CMD/Head-International Business and co-ordinate with the heads of other departments in the region.

The Position Involves:

• Formulation, implementation, and monitoring of annual operational and business strategic plan in tandem with the market trends and vision of the company.
• The candidate will be the Principal contact with appropriate organization, trade bodies, etc. in the designated countries.
• Strengthening the distribution network, supply chain and marketing functions in co-ordination with in-house teams.
• Projecting, controlling, and improving the efficiency of marketing budgets through MIS to all the concerned.
• Develop appropriate business and operational plan for  the designated region.
• Value addition to relationship building process through effective representation in business conglomerations and liasioning with necessary authorities.
• Build and maintain high performance culture through replica watches effective performance management, motivation and training.
• Maintain, build and leverage internal and external networks to support timely delivery of business goals.
