Wyffels Hybrids Inc., a dynamic and rapidly growing seed corn company, has an immediate opening for a full-time technician with a team player attitude.

An associate’s degree in agriculture or equivalent experience is required.

Candidates must have the ability to obtain a CDL, operate and maintain farm machinery for land preparation, planting, chemical application, and harvesting.

Applicants should also have:

· Ability to obtain Pesticide Applicators License
· Strong verbal and written communication skills
· Computer skills in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
· Supervisory and leadership skills
· Ability to handle detail with a great deal of accuracy
· Ability to work flexible hours with some overnight travel
· Ability to interact with cooperators
· Ability to obtain CCA is a plus
