Required qualifications:

• M.Sc (Ag) in plant breeding essential; Ph.D desirable
• 6 -7 years of experience in corn breeding essential in a large commercial seed organization

The qualified person has to understand and be aware of the changing market needs and design the breeding program and procure the germplasm. He shall the lead and run the breeding program independently.
