Reporting to the Head MKT & Sales Europe, the candidate's responsibilities include:
- All facets of product development, marketing and sales of the company products for the assigned territory.
- Develops marketing plans, sales strategies and action plans for identified targets of opportunity that clearly define company objectives.
- Duties include devising and implementing sales strategies, forecasting sales, field trials, and coordinating various sales programs for assigned territory.
- Collect, analyze and manage relevant data on markets and competition.
- Travel extensively to pursue business opportunities.
- Principal contact with appropriate organizations, trade bodies, etc. in local market.
Perfil buscado (Hombre / Mujer)
- University degree (Agriculture and Business). (MBA a plus).
- A track record in Sales and Business Development .
- Experience in Agribusiness or Industrial industry.
- Experience in lading and managing commercial teams.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Readiness to travel across the area.
- Ability to act on own initiative, self-starter attitude, strong communication skills.
- Ability to build effective relationships with all levels of management.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Spanish and fluent English .
