Working within the Sales Department and reporting to the EUROPA Unit Manager, you are in charge of the sales and improvement of turnover within your regions as well as the sales development of new varieties.

Your main tasks are :

• Visit customers, distributors and producers
• Analyze markets, report information to your manager, share with your colleagues,
• In charge of the sales forecast and the definition of development plan - Establish prices of our products
• Ensure clients’ solvency, implement adapted means of payment and follow payments.
• You are required to travel frequently (50% of the time)

Profile :

• Engineer in Agriculture /Agronomy or other backgrounds related to vegetable crops, with experience in vegetable crops/vegetable seeds
• Experience and/or training in sales
• Experience in an international environment will be much appreciated
• Good command of English is indispensable
• A second language (German, Dutch...) will be appreciated
