Sakata Vegetables Europe is part of the Sakata group, which is one of the leading international seed company in vegetable seeds. We are very active in research, processing and marketing of vegetable seeds. Following of our BUSINESS AREA MANAGER in Poland, Sakata Vegetables Europe is looking for a new employee who will take over the development of our sales, product promotion and business development in Poland, the Baltic countries, Slovakia, Czech Rep and Hungary.

For our operations in Poland, the Baltic countries, Slovakia, Czech Rep and Hungary, we are looking for a Business Area Manager and Sales promoter.

Main Activities and Responsibilities:

• Organize and develop sales to our distribution partners
• Analyze and report regularly about market trends, economic developments and sales to the Sales Manager North Europe
• Coordinate and achieve sales forecast and budgets
• Organize trails for promotion to growers and our distribution partners
• Coordinate knowledge transfer between growers, partners in distribution and Sakata team as well as product developers

Position requirements:

• Experience in sales of vegetables seeds with good market knowledge
• Fluent English next to mother language Polish
• Willing to travel, also abroad

Qualifications & Experience:

• Ability to manage sales and expenses budget
• Good commercial skills in sales and promotion
• Excellent presentation, easy communication and effective negotiating skills,
• Open minded, flexible, team-oriented and reliable

The position will report to the SALES AREA MANAGER North Europe
