Sales Representative

Location: Dnipropetrovsk/Kirovograd, Ukraine (home based)

Main purpose:

Responsible for developing agronomic assessment of portfolio (sunflower, sorghum) in Ukraine, customer development and sales generation.

Principal tasks and accountabilities:

  • Develop and coordinate with CIS leader segmentation of Nuseed’s pipeline of hybrids and traits. This shall include initial and ongoing sales and market development resource & structure reviews in line with expected commercial outcomes in the country.
  • Work across the business functions from business services to R&D to ensure business alignment to key initiatives.
  • Team account management strategies with major customers, industry bodies and influential groups/government entities. • Accountable for agronomic trials and coordination with CIS manager for sales generation in the country.
  • Provide registration assistance in the country.

  • Meet or exceed individual and departmental strategic milestone and budget objectives
  • Enabling top quartile marketing excellence and customer loyalty strategies
  • Well defined category and product introduction strategies
  • Speed and quality of product introductions.
  • Strengthen the brand experience of Nuseed via positive impressions over time with key customers.
  • Demonstrated alignment and unity through quality working relationships with the European team Scope:
  • This position initially has significant focus on agronomic characterization and positioning of hybrids as well as sales generation and sales support with key customers.

Experience and qualifications:

  • Agriculture Degree
  • Extensive related marketing experience with product managers, account management, and senior sales reporting to the position
  • Highly developed skills to motivate, inspire and persuade
  • Experience with Ukraine agriculture industry
  • Experience in developing channel strategies with oil processors, confection processors, and /or food industry
