We are looking for dynamic and result oriented OKRA BREEDER for our Okra Research.

Desired profile and skills

• M.Sc / Ph.D in plant breeding and Genetics with 15-20 years of relevant research experience particularly in okra breeding, in seed industry.
• Need to be a team player with good interpersonal skills and ability to travel extensively.
• Passion for research and sound knowledge in crop breeding procedures with demonstrated ability to use statistical packages.
• Need to be self motivated with good communication ability.
• Good knowledge of agricultural production systems and on the application of molecular tools in breeding programs.
• Should be strong on concepts / strategy
