AgriCapital Corporation, investment bankers for agribusiness, today announced that James A. Blome, formerly of Agriliance, has joined AgriCapital Advisors. Mr. Blome will lead AgriCapital’s activities in the crop protection industry.

Mr. Blome has broad experience in the crop protection, fertilizer and ag distribution businesses, where he served in leadership positions at operations with sales ranging from $60 million to $1.5 billion. He holds a B.S. degree from Iowa State University in agronomy. He will continue to be based in Memphis.
