USA - Syngenta's Monument herbicide now available in convenient single-dose small-pack

USA
June 6, 2012

Controlling difficult weeds and sedges post-emergence on residential and commercial lawns just got easier with the introduction of Monument® 75WG herbicide in single-dose, water-soluble small-pack from Syngenta.

A broad-spectrum selective herbicide, Monument 75WG controls all major sedges and more than forty other weeds, including key lawn weeds on warm-season grasses. Monument 75WG is conveniently packaged in new individual 0.5 gram pre-measured packets. Simply add the water-soluble packet to two gallons of water in a backpack or handheld sprayer.

Attractively priced for the specific needs of the lawn and landscape professional, one packet per two gallon back-pack sprayer is all that is needed. This broad-spectrum, post-emergent herbicide is effective on dandelion, crabgrass (suppression), nutsedge, clover and spurge among other broadleaf and grassy weeds. The performance of Monument 75WG provides lawn and landscape professionals with confidence that their weed control program will knock out their customers’ weeds and result in beautiful lawns.

“Monument 75WG makes it easy for lawn and landscape professionals to control difficult weeds and nuisance sedges post-emergence, all with one product,” said Laurie Riggs, lawn care market manager for Syngenta Turf & Landscape. “The innovative, easy-to-use package design eliminates waste and measuring error.”
