Mr. Daniel Ochylski, a veteran of the U.S. meat and finance industry, with broad agribusiness experience in the Midwest, has joined AgriCapital Advisors, AgriCapital’s team of executives and professionals, who provide our clients deep industry knowledge. He will serve the needs of agribusiness companies in the U.S. and abroad.

Mr. Ochylski has over 30 years experience in the agribusiness industry. His experience includes 22 years at The Pinnacle Food Group, a family owned business where he held a variety of positions prior to becoming CEO in 1995. At Pinnacle, formerly The Iowa Packing Company, Daniel oversaw a hog slaughtering and processing business with five operating units in four states. The combined companies had over 1,000 employees and processed in excess of 10,000 animals per day. During that time, Mr. Ochylski was a member of the Executive Committee of the American Meat Institute and a board member of the National Meat Association.

Mr. Ochylski is CEO of Growth Financial Partners, a consulting and investment banking firm specializing in management consulting and specialty financings. Mr. Ochylski and his team work with middle market publicly traded and privately held firms with revenues between $100 million to $500 million.
