Durability, reliability and maximum uptime are key features that have characterised Pöttinger machines for many years. To ensure that all the information relating to a machine is up-to-date and available for years to come, Pöttinger has launched a new tool: PÖTPRO. Machine-specific information is now available for all machines manufactured since 1997 - easily, anytime and free-of-charge. PÖTPRO provides PÖTTINGER-PRODUCT INFORMATION such as instruction manuals, equipment information specific to each machine as well as available equipment options, brochures, photos and videos.

There are two ways of accessing these documents and information:

1. Enter the machine number at www.poettinger.at/poetpro.
    
2. Machines supplied since May 2013 have a QR Code on the data plate. Simply scan the QRC using a suitable app on your smartphone or tablet to go straight to the machine's information source.

There is also a QR Code for components, indicating special equipment features. Scanning this code takes you to the AUTOCUT knife sharpening system or to the award-winning IDS distributor head fitted to AEROSEM seed drills, and much more. PÖTPRO was launched to much acclaim during the AGRITECHNICA trade show. Customers had an opportunity to try it out at the show and were impressed by the intelligent configuration of this handy tool. PÖTPRO – Ihre Pöttinger Maschine geht online - Ein neues Tool, mit dem Sie einfach, jederzeit und überall Informationen zur Maschine erhalten

Die Abkürzung PÖTPRO steht für Pöttinger-Produktinformation für den Pöttinger-Profi. Es wurde ein Tool geschaffen, welches für alle Maschinen ab Baujahr 1997 folgende maschinenspezifischen Informationen zur Verfügung stellt:

• Betriebsanleitungen
• Ausstattungsinformation der jeweiligen Maschinen bzw. zusätzliche Ausstattungsmöglichkeiten
• Prospekte
• Bilder
• Videos vergrößern

Es gibt zwei Wege, wie diese Informationen abgerufen werden können:

1. Für Maschinen, die vor Mai 2013 ausgeliefert wurden, erfolgt die Eingabe der Maschinennummer auf www.poettinger.at/poetpro.
    
2. Alle Maschinen, die ab Mai 2013 ausgeliefert wurden haben einen QR-Code auf dem Typenschild, der mit einem geeigneten App am Smartphone oder Tablet gescannt werden kann und zu den gewünschten Informationen führt.

Zusätzlich gibt es auch noch einen Bauteil QR Code, der auf besondere Ausstattungsmerkmale (AUTOCUT, PCS, IDS usw.) hinweist.
Die erfolgreiche Einführung von PÖTPRO fand im Rahmen der AGRITECHNICA statt. Wir sind überzeugt, dass hier ein sehr hilfreiches und effizientes Tool für unsere Kunden geschaffen wurde, das derzeit am Markt seinesgleichen sucht.
