Bejo France focused on brassica family at Sival

France
January 23, 2014

Bejo France has participated to the SIVAL in Angers/France, which is a specialized fair for agriculture business. The event had a great success with more than 20.000 visitors. Bejo had the opportunity to discuss with customers and new contacts, from small size growers to international companies. Especially on Wednesday many visitors found the way to our stand with the new Bejo indentity.

This year, the focus was on the brassica family. Bejo has a large range of cabbages and it was important to consolidate this fact near to our customers. Of course, with documentation and discussion we told about our main crops like cauliflower, red and white cabbages. However it was also the occasion to focus on our organic range and on our diversification products, like sprouting broccoli, kohlrabi, pointed head cabbages.

Bejo's concept Coolwrap

The concept of Coolwrap has been presented, using Gunma (freshly cut from Spain) to prepare more than 600 delicious wraps. Visitors has also tested the famous sauerkraut, prepared with Champagne and goose grease.

The journalists visiting the Sival were impressed to see how it was possible to innovate with the Bejo cabbages.
