• The private placement comes from an expansion of the Company's existing Series D debentures, whose final redemption date is in 2016
• The purpose of the funding is to refinance debt maturities and finance the Company's continued growth

Adama Agricultural Solutions Ltd. announced today the completion of a private placement to accredited investors through the expansion of series D debentures.

The Company issued 487,795 units (with each unit including NIS 1,000 par value of series D debentures) which represent approx. NIS 527 million (approx. USD 149 million).

The price determined in the tender was NIS 1,080 which reflects a yield of 2.64%.
