IPSA Webinar: Seed treatment product blending options

Join Tom Kroll and other key Nufarm personnel to learn more about seed treatment product blending options.

The webinar will cover the following topics:

  • Seed treatment blending is a fairly new activity, especially when compared to herbicide blending/tank mixing, which has been practiced for decades.
  • Variable products and rates allow for control optimization at the local level.
  • Packaging options are available to support a variety of seed treatment equipment choices.
  • Various seed treatment blending lines allow for large and small-scale product batches.

Our presenter ...

Tom Kroll received a B.S. in biology at the University of Wisconsin - Eau Claire in 1977 and completed his Masters in 1979 and Doctorate in 1983 at Virginia Tech in Plant Pathology.
Tom worked for Bayer CropScience for about 20 years, with an initial emphasis on the Development of Fungicides and Insecticides, a latter emphasis on Marketing Insecticides, and eventual responsibilities in Sales Management.
Tom subsequently worked for Arysta LifeSciences for 5 years and with Nufarm for the last 7 years with an emphasis in Marketing and the Development of Fungicides and Insecticides.
Tom's most recent focus has been on the Development and Marketing of Seed Treatment products for Nufarm.
Tom combines a collective know-how of about 10 years in Seed Treatments with experience ranging from the early cooperative development and marketing of products by Gustafson to critical input as a part of a newly-formed seed treatment team at Nufarm.
