The 1st. Carrot and Other Apiaceae International Symposium will take place in Angers, France from 17 to 19 September, 2014. More than 500 participants from some thirty countries are expected.
Vilmorin will be the lead sponsor of the event, thereby confirming its position as world leader in carrot seeds.
The symposium programme includes scientific and technical conference sessions as well as company site tours. In this context, Vilmorin will welcome over 200 participating clients from across 5 continents (Argentina, United States, Spain, Italy, Austria, England, Sweden, Poland, Russia, Lithuania, South Africa, Egypt, Turkey, Jordan, New Zealand, Australia, ...).
On this occasion, Vilmorin will host an "open house" at its head offices, which will include a presentation of the company's expertise and the know-how of its teams showcased through a tour of its various facilities: research center, factory, laboratories, quality control center, etc.
