Delegates reporting issues with on-line booking for the Asian Seed Congress

Some delegates are reporting issues in accessing the new APSA website and membership database, as well as booking on-line for the Asian Seed Congress. If you are having issues please contact apsa@apsaseed.org.

Just a few things to remember in making your on-line booking:

1. If you are booking as an APSA member you need to login to the Congress booking page using your new APSA username and password. These were emailed to over 900 representatives of APSA member organisations last week. If you didn't receive your login details please contact apsa@apsaseed.org.

2. On receiving your new APSA login and password you should first reset the password to something that you can remember. You can do this by clicking on the "Forgot Password" below the login details (https://secure.apsaseed.org/Account/Login). Details can be found on this using the following link (www.apsaseed.org/index.php/en/about/navigating-apsa-website).
If you do have problems please email apsa@apsaseed.org. Don't reply to the automated email.

3. Some APSA organisations have filters on their incoming email to block spam and other unwanted emails. Unfortunately many of these filters are also blocking booking and username/password emails from our APSA servers. If you are not receiving confirmation email on your Congress booking or emails regarding the resetting of your password, please check the spam filters on your computer or contact your IT department.

4. When making you booking, remember that for security reasons there is a "timeout" of 20 minutes. So please have on hand all the details to make your booking before starting.

5. If you do pay by credit card, don't close the browser before the whole booking and credit card payment process is complete. After making your payment you should be returned to the APSA booking page.

Again, if you are havig issues please contact apsa@apsaseed.org.
