New Product Manager at Bayer CropScience

Australia
April 30, 2014

Andrew Gourlay has been appointed Product Manager for SeedGrowth at Bayer CropScience.

In his new role Andrew will be responsible for developing and implementing product lifecycle strategies for Bayer’s SeedGrowth portfolio which includes key seed treatment brands such as EverGol® Prime, Jockey® Stayer® and Gaucho®.

Andrew said he is looking forward to playing a role in Bayer’s ongoing commitment to the agricultural community and farming sector now and in the future.

“As an innovative market leader it’s exciting that Bayer is able to provide career opportunities for the agricultural industry and farmers around Australia in light of consumer, producer, social and climatic challenges currently facing the industry,” Andrew said.

In his new role Andrew will also evaluate future opportunities to optimise the SeedGrowth portfolio in specific market segments.

Prior to joining Bayer Andrew was a Key Account Manager at Elders and worked in Seed Production and Quality Assurance at Deltapine Australia where he gained extensive experience in the cotton industry.

Andrew holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Agriculture.

EverGol®, Jockey®, Stayer® and Gaucho® are Registered Trademarks of the Bayer Group.
