2014 Center for Produce Safety Symposium: 10 lessons learned

The Center for Produce Safety (CPS) held its fifth annual research symposium in Newport Beach, CA on June 24-25, 2014. The symposium featured twenty-two CPS-funded research programs and discussions on what the research means to the produce industry.
