Monsanto has been honored with a Glassdoor Employees’ Choice Award, recognizing the 50 Best Places to Work in 2015. The Employees’ Choice Awards program, now in its seventh year, relies solely on the input of employees, who elect to provide feedback on their jobs, work environments and companies via Glassdoor’s anonymous online company reviews survey. Monsanto ranked 39 on the list and it is the only company focused on agriculture to be included.

The Glassdoor company review survey includes both quantitative and qualitative questions on key workplace factors including career opportunities, compensation, benefits, work/life balance, senior management, and culture and values.

The Best Places to Work are determined using company reviews shared by U.S. based employees who elected to participate in the survey between November 13, 2013 and November 2, 2014.
