Prior to joining Bayer in 2011, Barclift served the crop protection and professional product industries for more than ten years in marketing management and sales roles. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture Business from Delaware State University, a Master of Science in Agriculture Extension & Education from Virginia Tech, and an MBA from Wake Forest University.

“Through our acquisition of strategic DuPont Land Management assets, we’re creating a new frontier in the IVM industry,” said Barclift. “We have the passion at Bayer, working together with our customers, to really make a mark on this industry.”
