Controlling pests without neonicotinoids: 2014 HGCA Agronomists’ Conference survey results

At this year's HGCA Agronomists' Conference, delegates were asked to help HGCA gather further evidence on the impact of the restrictions on the use of neonicotinoid insecticides.

Around 250 delegates provided answers to the following questions:

>  In which region do you mainly work?

> For the current crop, what is the average number of pyrethroid sprays you have recommended/applied for the control of adult CSFB?

> For the current crop, what is the average number of pyrethroid sprays you have recommended/applied for the control of CSFB larvae to date?

> In which month did you make the most recommendations (for sprays) for the control of aphids/TuYV?

The full results are now available.
