Ronald Valentin accepts technical lead role with Syngenta Bioline

Ronald Valentin has been appointed technical lead for Syngenta Bioline, effective January 2015. A former biological crop protection specialist and technical coordinator at Biobest, Ronald brings a deep understanding of the business and industry. In his new capacity, he will be responsible for technical support of Bioline® biological control agents and will be instrumental in helping growers develop integrated pest management (IPM) solutions.

Ronald joins Syngenta with 27 years of experience in biological control and IPM. He holds a degree in Managing Crop Protection from the Agricultural Training Centre in The Netherlands.

“Ronald’s experience make him an invaluable new member of the Syngenta team,” said Scott Valentine, head of Syngenta Flowers, Home & Garden. “He brings a wealth of industry knowledge that will allow him to provide exceptional support for Bioline.”
