Rewarding five consecutive years of Five Beauty Star Awards
Hazera’s Israelian Sderot seed processing plant won five Beauty Stars in the “Beautiful Industry in Israel” competition. As it is the fifth consecutive year Sderot wins the 5 Beauty Stars, the plant now also received the Golden Star Award that was handed over during the winning ceremony on December 30th.
This competition takes place annually in order to encourage employee wellbeing and safety, activities that reinforce community spirit, environmental care and general company appearance in the industrial sector, as part of the overall perception of quality of life.
According to daily experience backed up by scientific research, there is enormous benefit for industrial companies in maintaining pleasant and well maintained workplaces. These make employees spending much time at their work feel and perform better.
The Beauty Stars are given by the Council for Beautiful Israel Enterprises according to several criteria: Internal appearance of the plant, Signs and Safety, External appearance (façade) of the plant, Environmental care and Community oriented activities.
