Syngenta today announced that its 2014 Annual Report is now available at www.syngenta.com/ar2014.

The 2014 Annual Report consists of the following documents:

• Annual Review, incorporating the Corporate Responsibility Report
• Financial Report
• Corporate Governance Report and Compensation Report

All documents are in English and German except for the Financial Report, which is published in English only.

Syngenta hat bekannt gegeben, dass der Geschäftsbericht 2014 ab heute unter www.syngenta.com/ar2014 abrufbar ist.

Der Geschäftsbericht 2014 besteht aus:

- Jahresbericht, inklusive Corporate-Responsibility-Bericht
- Finanzbericht
- Corporate-Governance-Bericht und Vergütungsbericht

Alle Unterlagen sind auf Englisch und Deutsch verfügbar mit Ausnahme des Finanzberichts, der nur in englischer Sprache veröffentlicht wird.

Syngenta a annoncé aujourd'hui la publication de son Rapport de gestion 2014. Le rapport de gestion 2014 peut être consulté sur www.syngenta.com/ar2014.

Le Rapport de gestion 2014 se compose:

• du rapport annuel qui comprend également le rapport «Corporate Responsibility»
• du rapport financier
• du rapport de gouvernance d’entreprise et du rapport de rémunération

Tous les documents existent en anglais et en allemand, sauf le rapport financier, qui n’est disponible qu’en anglais.
