Koppert Biological Systems and Arysta LifeScience renew long-term partnership in Japan

Japan and The Netherlands
April 2, 2015

Looking to get the best biological control systems to the Japanese growers, Koppert has consolidated its long-term relationship with Arysta Japan.

Since its inception in 1967, Koppert Biological Systems has been recognized as the world leader in biological crop protection and natural pollination. Koppert uses its extensive knowledge of nature and commercial growing to sustainably increase production in horticulture and agriculture. Koppert believes that nature provides the solution to every challenge growers – and their crop – come across.

The relationship between Koppert and Arysta’s IPM department dates back to the 90s. “Strong partners form a strong partnership here. Both companies have chosen to work with the right partner. That made us successful over the last 20 years, and will bring many new opportunities for growth in the coming years,” said Henri Oosthoek, Koppert’s Managing Director.

Arysta LifeScience, a Platform Specialty Products company, is focused on helping their customers cultivate business growth through the development, marketing and distribution of innovative, high-quality chemical solutions for today’s dynamic agroscience and health & nutrition science marketplace. Arysta’s dedicated Integrated Pest Management (IPM) department has shown commitment to the sustainable development of biological control in Japan.

The directors of Arysta Japan (Hisaya Kobayashi) and Koppert (Henri Oosthoek) have signed a renewed partnership agreement for the Japanese market.
