Betaseed awards 2015 scholarship in Western Sugar South Area

BETASEED, INC. announces the 2015 Scholarship Winner in the Western Sugar South area. James Rushman was awarded the $500 Scholarship. James is a senior at Leyton High School and will be attending Northeastern Junior College in Sterling, Colorado where he will be studying Agriculture Production.  James is the son of Robert and Nichole Rushman of Dalton, Nebraska.

Betaseed awards annual scholarships to students to help further their college education. The scholarship committee selected James based on the essay he submitted on “The History and Future of Sugarbeets’.  Mike Marker, sales representative with Betaseed, presented James with the check. Betaseed is proud to support the region’s youth and wishes James a very successful college career.
