Summer British Beet Research Organisation (BBRO) open days a success

United Kingdom
May 29, 2015

Summer BBRO

From the 12th June, Germains exhibited at the Summer British Beet Research Organisation (BBRO) open days which were held across four locations; Grimston (Wissington), Bracebridge Heath(Newark), Salhouse (Cantley) and Ixworth Thorpe (Bury St Edmunds).

The Summer BBRO Open Days provide an excellent platform to speak to growers on the seasons’ updates, and share expert advice on what benefits Germains’ seed technologies offer to the Sugar Beet crop in the field. BASIS and NRoSO points were also available to collect at our stand this year, by completing a ‘How well do you know Germains?’ questionnaire.

The open days included trade exhibits, a wide range of presentations, international speakers and access to industry experts… as well as a mix of weather conditions!

Emmanuelle Noirtin, UK Key Account Manager comments on the success of the days “Attending the Summer BBRO Open Days each year provides a great opportunity for Germains to engage with growers, and a chance to update growers on the extensive work Germains are doing within the UK sugar beet industry”.

Germains will be attending the Frontier Open day at Gressenhall on the 3rd of June. We look forward to welcoming visitors to our stand, and discussing how Germains Seed Technology works to maximise the potential of your seed.
