September 18, 2015

The Australian Broadcasting Corporation broadcast its "Country Hour" program live from the International Wheat Conference at the Four Seasons Hotel in Sydney.

The program features 2014 World Food Prize Laureate Sanjaya Rajaram and several CIMMYT scientists, including Sridhar Bhavani, David Hodson, Julio Huerta, Jessica Rutkoski and Hans Braun, director of the Global Wheat Program.

Jeanie Borlaug Laube, the "first lady of wheat" and daughter of Nobel Peace Prize laureate and wheat breeder Norman Borlaug, is among interviewees selected by broadcaster Michael Condon.
