Threshing seed with direct pure seed as end result? This is now possible with our new developed Seed Thresher, type 3032.70.00. Seeds out of small quantities of plants (umbels, siliques or pods) can now damage free be threshed and cleaned for direct use.

The machine is equipped with an automatic air cleaning program and several dust suction connections.
The plants are manually feed via an inlet table inside the threshing chamber (only the seed pods). The plants will be broken into smaller pieces inside the threshing chamber, by means of a rotor with three polyurethane beaters which rotates in a threshing basket (different perforations available). The distance between the beater and the basket as well as the speed of the rotor are adjustable. The threshing basket is half round with a diameter of 350 mm and length 370 mm. By means of a discharge valve at the front side of the machine the straw can be discharged. The seeds are threshed out of the siliques, pods or heads.
The threshing chamber door is pneumatically controlled and equipped with a safety switch. For easy inspection, cleaning and exchanging the basket can be pushed out of the chamber via a pneumatic operated valve. Also the discharge valve at the front side of the machine that discharge straw is pneumatic controlled. The threshing outlet is provided with a dust suction point.
When the seeds pass the threshing basket they will be processed on a shaking screen. This shaking screen is equipped with an outlet and an overflow. The materials that exit the machine through the overflow outlet will be collected in an anti-static bin. The seeds that fall through the screen will enter a vibratory feeder that will feed the seeds uniformly into the air separator as lighter and heavier parts will be separated.
The speed of the ventilator is controlled by means of the rotary knob. The operator can analyse this separation process easily through the polycarbonate front. Fine dust is extracted by the ventilator at the backside of the machine. The extracted dust will be collected in a bin which can be manually emptied. Heavy dust will fall down in an anti-static bin.
"Good" heavy seeds will leave the air separator at the front side and can be collected in a small bag.
