Our acquisition in the early
1990's by Associated
British Foods plc, a world leading, multi-billon dollar
food and agri-business provided a sound and stable
leadership under which
Germain’s
continues to achieve substantial
growth.
Whilst developing our core activities in the past decade,
we also extended our global reach through acquisitions in
Europe and the USA, and the installation of new facilities
and licensed or turn-key operations in Eastern Europe, the
USA, South America, Southern Africa and Australasia.
