In January 2002 INCOTEC gained its independent position.

The management of INCOTEC, a steadfast and highly dedicated team, together with the venture capitalist NeSBIC bought the global INCOTEC company from the former owner Seminis.

This completely independent position of INCOTEC in the market place enables seed companies and growers to do business with a neutral, customer-oriented partner.

INCOTEC is a global yet cohesive company with a sound financial basis. This will empower us to continue investing in research and further expansion.
