 Pelleting
seeds covers various process steps including receiving, storage,
optional cleaning & grading, quality inspection, optional seed
enhancement (e.g. priming, disinfection), coating, drying, packing,
shipping and administration.
Obviously the actual coating is only one part of
the total activities involved and all the other steps need to be
done regardless of the pelleting technology used.
Therefore the benefit of the rotary
pelleting process has to be put in the right perspective to begin
