Coating pan technology for pelleting and encrusting, build-up accuracy and gentle handling of delicate or valuable seed.

Side vented pan or drum coating technology for the application of ultra precise and often minute dose rates of crop protection chemicals onto seed or pellets, within a thin film forming polymer. This technology is principally aimed at the application of very high value insecticides and where operator safety is paramount in the presence of highly toxic substances.

Rotary continuous batch coating systems.
In addition to its original range of the ETS R6, R12 and R30 rotary coaters, GTG have introduced in the last year an intermediate size coater, the R23. This coater is capable of treating 8150kg/h for the application of polymer coated treatments. It will also build up seed for size on a 100% build up rate at 1700kg/h.
