Tempo is a pre-commercial mid-early hybrid
Nantes carrot. Its medium vigorous foliage is dark green and
very healthy.
The 6 to 8 inches long cylindrical root is
smooth with a nice internal and external color.
The last 2 years Tempo has shown a high
potential yield and a good adaptation to the fresh and
bunching markets.
It is also well adapted to the slicing market
for the short season areas.
