Azabache has a bush habit that is upright and
medium in size. The fruit is smooth, and cylindrical. The interior
is greenish white, having firm flesh and a good flavor. Exterior
coloring is dark green. The size averages 18-20 cm. in length.

Azabache is suitable for fresh markets, home
gardens, and processing. Considered one of the best dark green
hybrids for commercial production with its excellent yields and
uniform fruit.
