HMX 7927 (experimental
designation) is a very early maturing diploid watermelon that
offers the potential for very high yields. The vine is strong
and is tolerant to Anthracnose and Fusarium Wilt. The fruit set
is very concentrated. This variety is round and features a thin
dark stripe on a light green background.
The fruit have a very intense red
interior and excellent eating quality with medium fiber. This
variety is well adapted to international markets.
