Shanxi Provincial Seed General Corp (SPSGC) was founded to meet the new situation of the seed industrial development in China. Being a provincial state enterprise, it combines seed-breeding, producing processing and selling together. Now it is a middle-closed member of China Agricultural Seed Industrial Corp. and a standing council member of China Seed Trade Association.
