Agratechniek b.v.

Agratechniek is established in Holland, where it is surrounded by many international working seed companies. In close co-operation with these seed companies Agratechniek has developed a very specific way of drying seed. We have installed these installations for these and other companies in Europe as well as (among others) USA, Australia, Chili, South-Africa and Asia. The installations are suitable for vegetable- and flower seeds and for ‘foundation and second generation seeds’ from any vegetation.
In it’s 30 year existence, Agratechiek has continued to improve the installation, processor, and software.

Drying installation

The drying installation consists of an aireation construction with fans, heating and an air mixing unit. The heart is formed by the special drying processor (Agra-Air Control), with the associated software (Agra-Central-Control).
Special dryingboxes are placed on and in front of each other against the air mixing system. Heated air is forced, by layer, through the seed. With the drying processor Agra-Air-Control you can program the installation so that you automaticaly get the desired dryingspeed and drying (see the drying animation).
The advantages of this drying method : suited to the desired capacity, simple to place in any space, modular expandable. The seedboxes are simple to work with, relatively cheap and can be delivered in the sizes you require.

Dryingprocessor and software

Dryingspeed: You want to dry your seed in the proper way. This takes time. With the Agra-Air-Control you can program the speed by which you dry the seed.

Equilibrium moisture. Various seeds have to be dried to different moisture values.
With the Agra-Air-Control you can program the installation, so that the drying stops when the desired value is reached (see Agra-Air-Control).

Tracabillity. All the information from the dryingprocess can be stored with the Agra-Central-Control software. You are able to see the drying process as a graphic representation. In combination with the Agra-Air-Control, the measured data from every installation can be registered and stored (see Agra-Central-Control).

Your existing drying installation.

The Agra-Air-Control can be applied to your existing drying installation (storage in bulk, in containers or in boxes). The AAC can then automatically regulate the dryingproces. The Agra-Air-Control can also be used just to register the measured data. In both cases the measured data will be registered by the Agra-Central-Control, presented as a graph, and stored.
