To better serve its customers, Seed Genetics, Inc. will divide the Western US Sales Region into a Western Region and Northern Region.

Seed Genetics is pleased to announce that Nick Vandervort has accepted the new position of Western Sales Manager.  His key responsibilities will be to provide service and support to SGI customers in Iowa, Nebraska, Missouri, Kansas and Texas.

Nick earned a B.S. in Agriculture from The Ohio State University (1987) and a M.S. in Plant Pathology from the University of Florida (1993).  He is also a Certified Crop Advisor.  Nick brings over 15 years of technical agricultural experience to Seed Genetics. He has held positions in research and product development, technical service, and agronomy with leading seed and agricultural chemical companies. In these roles, he has successfully integrated customer service with consulting, training and field evaluation of new and existing product lines.

Nick's extensive experience and interest at all levels of product development brings a valuable new asset to SGI.  Please join with us in welcoming Nick, his wife Edna, and his children Zackary and Gretchen to SGI.

In addition, SGI announces that Lowell Behrens will continue to support SGI growth and our customer base in Wisconsin, Minnesota, South Dakota, North Dakota and Colorado in the position of Northern Sales Manager.
