August 4, 2004

LG Seeds, Inc. announces the addition of 11 new corn hybrids, 13 new soybean varieties, and a new alfalfa variety for the 2004/2005 planting season. In addition, several new trait versions of our top-yielding hybrids, such as LG2540, LG2533 and LG2622, are available this year. We offer a broad range of traits to give you the best opportunity to get the most profitable product for your operation. Like Roundup® Ready, Yieldgard® Corn Borer, Yieldgard Rootworm, Clearfield®, Liberty Link®, as well as stacked traits such as Yieldgard Corn Borer/Yieldgard Rootworm, Yieldgard Rootworm/Roundup Ready, Yieldgard Corn Borer/Roundup Ready and Yieldgard Corn Borer/Clearfield.

Also for 2005, the proven formulations of both SuperKote® corn and No-Till SuperKote® soybeans have been improved and the value of both products increased.  The new formulations provide additional seed and seedling protection from yield robbing diseases and can add dollars to your bottom-line. The “Poncho™ Powered” SuperKote has proven to boost yield 8.4 b/a over unprotected seed. And our new disease protection package improves yields up to 8% over our previous formulation.

At LG Seeds, our advanced hybrid technology comes from one of the world’s largest research programs. And our hybrids perform – year after year, with better stands, higher yields, and more profit-per-acre for your farm. The AgReliant Genetics research program provides LG Seeds the resources to remain on the leading edge of hybrid development, guaranteeing, in turn, a continuous flow of superior products. Our worldwide network of more than 30 corn-breeding stations lets us access the largest corn germplasm base in the world. In fact, in the Midwest and Canada alone, we have 11 breeding stations evaluating 30,000 new hybrid combinations a year at more than 500 plot locations. If you haven’t taken a look at LG Seeds, now is the time to let us show you why we are “First In The Field”.
