“We are pleased to announce the addition of Nick Hanson, Estherville, Iowa to the Fontanelle Hybrids sales team, Fontanelle, Nebraska as District Sales Manager for North Central Iowa and South Central Minnesota,” Steve Pike, sales manager said. “Nick joins us as Willy McHugh retired from the Company at the beginning of the year after many years of service.”

Hanson has experience in both seed sales and seed research. “It’s been great to have the research background to bring into this sales position,” Hanson said. “It gives me a solid understanding of how to place products in the right environments to make sure customers get the maximum performance from the products they are using. And having sales in my background too, means that I believe in giving the service to my customers that they need to be successful.”

“My first priority now that I’m in the territory is to meet and work with each of the current Fontanelle dealers to work together on what it’s going to take to grow the business for them,” Hanson said. “From there it will be putting a plan together to grow the territory as a whole.”

“Nick brings a combination of enthusiasm and experience that’s going to help energize the entire Sales Team,” Pike said. “He’s taking over a well established territory that we think he will take to new heights. We’re looking for good things from Nick.”
