Golden Acres Genetics announces new Operations Manager

Building on its company mission to provide custom seed solutions to Southern farmers, Golden Acres Genetics, Ltd. is pleased to announce the hiring of Clarence Hennig as the new Operations Manager. Hennig was most recently Senior Technology Officer at American Bank in Waco, TX, where he has enjoyed a 20 year career. His experience with American Bank also includes Internal Auditor/Compliance Officer and Accounting Supervisor/Loan Review.

“Clarence brings an in-depth knowledge of information technology which will enable us to better position Golden Acres for the future while maintaining our philosophy of being easy to do business with,” says Golden Acres president Lou Buice. “In his new role, Clarence will be responsible for ensuring the business office operations are in sync with all functions of the company so our customers will be served in a simple and concise manner.” Hennig will begin his new position on May 7, 2007.

Clarence Hennig is a native of Ross, TX and his family raised cattle in Ross, West and Axtell. Hennig received a business degree from Tarleton State University and enjoys fishing in his free time. Hennig and his wife, Carla, attend First United Methodist Church with their two daughters.
