Wyffels Hybrids today announced the promotion of Matt
Barnard to Recruitment and Skill Development Manager. Barnard
assumes the position following two years as a District Sales
Manager in central Illinois. In this position, he will manage
the recruitment of team members for the Wyffels sales and
marketing force, as well as organizing the on-boarding training
programs.
Prior to joining Wyffels, Barnard worked as a chemical sales
representative for five years at Dow AgroSciences and received a
Bachelor of Science in agriculture finance from the University
of Illinois. As a member of the Wyffels team, he has helped
expand sales in the central Illinois district, develop
company-wide marketing programs and assisted with corporate
strategy.

developing and expanding the talents of our sales and marketing
teams,” said Brian Humphries, vice president of sales for
Wyffels Hybrids. “Matt has shown exceptional leadership skills
and has been a major asset in the field. We will now be able to
use those talents throughout the organization as Matt helps us
expand our sales and marketing force – helping to locate and
train energetic, knowledgeable people to add to the Wyffels
team.”
