As a result of continued growth,
Seminis, a vegetable seed
division of Monsanto, announces two changes to its leadership
team for the Americas region.
Glenn Stith, the current Vice President of the Americas, has
accepted the role of Seminis Business Lead, overseeing the three
Seminis commercial regions; the Americas, Asia Pacific and
Europe, Middle East and Africa. Stith will be responsible
for leading the overall development and implementation of global
commercial growth strategies and plans for the Seminis open
field business. Additionally, Stith will continue to focus on
developing Seminis’ commercial capabilities, functional
expertise and people leadership, globally.
Assuming the role of Vice President of the Americas is Sebastian
Langbehn. Currently the Seminis NAFTA Commercial Lead, Langbehn
will now be responsible for the Seminis commercial business in
North and South America. Prior to his role in NAFTA, Langbehn
served as General Manager of Seminis Argentina and Seminis
Brazil, as well as Seminis Sales Director for South America in
Chile.
Leadership changes will take effect this summer.
