The new direct telephone lines to key individuals within the
company, will allow our customers to easily communicate with the staff with whom they do
business. As well as being more convenient, the system will save our customer's time and
money as they will not have to go through a central switchboard. The telephone lines also
have voice mail, so if an individual is unavailable a query or order can be left in voice
mail that will be acted on as soon as possible.
The computer system now has increased facility for electronic mail
and Internet use. This increases customer choice, if our customers wish to communicate
with us via email they can now do so. The Internet will also be a useful tool for our
breeders and seed technicians, enabling them to remain at the cutting edge of current
technologies. This will ensure that Floranova continues to offer innovative new products
at the forefront of modern plant breeding.
The investment in the communication system improvements is evidence
of the Floranova group's continued effort in providing excellent customer service and of
the company's ambitions for even greater success in the future.
