Invitation: Whole genome sequencing workshop for food safety experts and policymakers

Please join the Global Programs Division of the Foreign Agricultural Service for a workshop: How Whole Genome Sequencing Has Revolutionized Food Safety: from Environmental Sampling to Foodborne Disease Prevention, Response, and Mitigation.
Held in coordination with the Asia Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) Food Safety Cooperation Forum (FSCF), the workshop will take place on September 14th and 15th in the Western Hemisphere / September 15th and 16th in the Eastern Hemisphere (20:00-23:00 Washington, D.C. / 8:00-11:00 Beijing / 10:00-13:00 Canberra)
All food safety stakeholders from government, industry, or academia from any APEC economy are invited. APEC economies include: Australia; Brunei Darussalam; Canada; Chile; People's Republic of China; Hong Kong, China; Indonesia; Japan; Republic of Korea; Malaysia; Mexico; New Zealand; Papua New Guinea; Peru; The Philippines; The Russian Federation; Singapore; Chinese Taipei; Thailand; United States of America; and Viet Nam.

- Create an account or login to your existing account at http://www.spscourses.com
- Upon login select the “Webinar Events” course – then select the APEC logo.
- Click the 2021 link under the Current Webinar Series section and enter the enrollment key: APEC2021NZ!
- Complete the registration questionnaire and access each day’s event information to generate your calendar invite and save the dates to your work calendar.
